Our prices

2023/2024

• All prices are per holiday apartement per night (minimum stay 3 nights) plus final cleaning and local tax of € 2.50 per day/person.
• The final clean is between € 50 and € 100.
• Our apartements are available from 2:00 p.m on the day of arrival and until 9:30 a.m on the day of departure.
• Dogs are permitted upon request. Owners must bring their own dob basket. Additional charge final cleaning € 25 to € 50.
• Washing machine available upon request: €5.00 per wash
• Shelter for bicycles
• Ski room with ski shoe dryer

• Reservations: only reservations validated by the payment of a confirmation deposit to the sum of 30% of the total cost of the stay and a minimum of € 200, will be considered binding.
• Payment via debit or credit card is not possible.
• The total amount and the local tax can be paid cash on site or bank transfer before arrival.

• Up to 2 months before your expected arrival, cancellations or modifications are free of charge
• Up to 1 month before arrival we will charge 50 % of the whole amount
• With less than one month before arrival we will charge 70 % of the whole amount
• 100 % of the total price will be charged on premature departure, belated arrival or NO-SHOW.

Generally, we try to be understanding with regard to cancellations, but general EU standards are applied in cancellations of apartement reservations.
